This lack of integration led to inefficient routing, excessive fuel consumption, and high driver turnover due to frustration. They needed a unified platform to connect dispatch, drivers, and customers in real-time.
THE SOLUTION
Intelligent Architecture
We developed a comprehensive custom ecosystem consisting of three parts: a web-based Command Center for dispatchers, a React Native mobile app for drivers, and a customer tracking portal.
The core of the solution was a real-time WebSocket engine that synced GPS location, traffic data, and order status instantly. We implemented a custom routing algorithm that dynamically re-optimized routes based on new pickups and traffic conditions, pushing updates to drivers' devices on the fly.
